Group Exercise

If you’re new to exercise or tired of the same old workout, group exercise at Fortaleza might be for you! Lifting weights and running on a treadmill is fine for some people but others like to try new and different styles of working out. Group exercise offers many different ways to get your heart pumping and your muscles toned.

If you want to dance and shake it, Zumba is for you. Want discipline?  Try our boot camp classes which offer a very high intensity driven, strength based work out. Take a Yoga class if you are looking to improve your flexibility. Need abdominal conditioning? Abs Attack as well as our Mat Pilates can be used to strengthen the core areas of the body.
